Le détective Chan met tout en oeuvre pour arrêter Po, un chef de gang impitoyable. Il est aidé par Ma, un policier intègre, expert en arts martiaux, dont les méthodes violentes déplaisent à la hiérarchie.

Un truand rongé par un mal incurable est poursuivi par un policier chargé de l'arrêter.
